No age-based discrimination. No "premium" tier that unlocks features that should be standard. Everyone pays the same price and sees the same explanation of what it covers.
Filters that actually work.
User-set filters are honored at the infrastructure level, not as suggestions. If you've excluded a profile type, it won't appear — including in Pings and suggestions.
No contradictory engagement design.
Our business model is a flat membership fee. We have no incentive to keep you swiping. The sooner you find what you're looking for, the better our product is doing its job.
Bucket 2 · Reports that go nowhere
Hinge re-exposed a victim to the predator she reported. Match Group downsized their safety team. Feeld ignores support tickets for weeks.

A confirmed predatory behavior report results in permanent removal. The person who reported is never shown that account again, under any circumstance.

We publish quarterly reports showing the number of reports received, resolution times, and action taken. Trust requires receipts.

Tinder used fake-flagged accounts to drive subscription fear. Match Group made cancellation deliberately opaque. Bot profiles persist because they keep people paying.

Genuine account deletion.
When you delete your account, your profile and matches are removed from our systems within 30 days. Not archived. Not retained for re-activation prompts.
